Brian and his custom new home construction team are top notch. I first worked with him on a new construction spec build in Monroe with buyer clients of mine. From start to finish, Brian and his construction superintendent and support staff were extremely attentive to all our questions and needs for the home build. The home was completed and the finish work was super clean and well done. He keeps his construction sites neat and tidy at all times too. It’s that extra attention to details that truly makes the process smooth and sets Emerald Pointe Construction apart.

Personally, my husband and I are planning to build a custom home as well and Brian was my first call. He has priced a home for us and has never failed in answering any questions we have had (and there have been literally hundreds if not more) quickly and thoroughly.

We love how our house turned out. Going through home layouts with Brian was a simple. Having Mel guide us through the show room and pick out how everything was going to look was a breeze. Their online portal with a calendar to know every step they were working on and how long it was going to take was very informative and prevented us from guessing on what was done when we went out to tour the construction process. They’ve even been attentive to our help requests after closing has already completed. Have already recommended them to many people so are in the market to build.

Our experience with Brian and his team was top notch from start to finish. Brian was there to answer many of our questions even before we signed a contract! Melanie and Dalton were in constant communication during construction and we never felt out of the loop. Emerald Pointe uses top quality building materials and finishes. My wife and I had been looking around to either buy or build a new house for about a year and a half before finding Emerald Point.

I'm a person who loves details especially when it comes to numbers. From day one Brian Benton and his team were able to give us quick but accurate rough estimations on different lots that we are looking at. That ease of communication and accuracy continued with Melanie (basically the everything lady) through the detailed aspects once we found a lot and started to select the floor plan. Moving into the construction phase Dalton (foreman) and each of the subcontractors and skilled workers were equally as transparent and easy to work with.

Overall from start to finish it was a incredibly easy and rewarding experience on all fronts. Everyone on the team is easy to get along with and will happily sit down and explain anything you have questions about.

If we are ever blessed enough to build another house we will definitely be going with Emerald Point in the future.

Couldn't have imagined a better experience than the one Brian and his team provided! From the very start, Brian patiently walked us around a wooded lot we were "just looking at" and answered all our (numerous) questions. Now that lot is our yard and we couldn't be happier! Emerald pointe Realty and construction inc is a top notch company. They went over and Beyond to make sure every detail is covered for you while in the planning stage and throughout the build. They treated us like we were family. All the employees that work for them know their job and handle any questions or problems that may arise in the process. The sales team ( Stephanie and Brian ) are awesome to work with. They handled all the leg work and made the experience so easy. I recommend this company for all you sales needs or building needs. They truly put you first.

After speaking to many general contractors, I decided to make a call to Emerald Pointe Construction. Brian was very nice and seemed eager to help with our new home build. We received a quote and decided to move forward with his company. All aspects of the build stayed in line with the contract and no hidden surprises were ever an issue! We had a custom home built by Emerald Pointe Construction, INC and couldn't be happier. From start to end Emerald Pointe had our best interest at heart and heard our concerns throughout the entire process. Brian and staff bent backwards to try to make the huge task of building a home as smooth and seamless as possible. And if there were any hiccups, because things will sometimes happen, it's just the way it goes, then they did everything in their power to make sure it all worked out. To put simply...would I use them again? Yes. Would I recommend them to others? Absolutely!

My building experience was incredible. My project managers made sure everything was done on time and correct. IF I ever found something I questioned or was unhappy with, they addressed it immediately and took care of it. My home was completed many months earlier due to everyone staying on top of the subcontractors and materials.

Emerald Point Construction was a pleasure to work with during our recent custom home build. I was impressed with the work of the subcontractors. Even when I got outside quotes, EPC was always a better deal. I got along really well with our foreman Doyle, he was a great guy, and super helpful throughout the whole process. He kept the project running timely. I really felt like Brian Benton and the whole EPC team worked with me and our unique needs during the build. They also have a realty company and were a wealth of information to us. I appreciated the upfront and transparency of prices among all stages of the build which is not something I found from other builders. You can tell Brian has strong moral and ethical values. Anyone we met who found out EPC was building our home, had nothing but wonderful things to say about them. Our home is beautiful, well built, and safe for our family. Thank you EPC!

When speaking with multiple custom home builders and receiving quotes, we only felt comfortable moving forward with Emerald Point Construction. You will be hard pressed to find another builder with the reputation and glowing references like you will about Brian Benton and his team. The quality of their construction is superb, customer service is unmatched, and they are honest and transparent! So many people we know who have built their homes have horror stories and we really can’t say the same. The process from start to finish was very smooth. Our foreman, Doyle was always in communication with us and gave us great recommendations when we weren’t sure which way to go on things. During the middle of our build, I went through a major medical event, and almost didn’t make it, and Emerald Point saw to it that we were given our space at that time and actually even made some slight framing decisions on our behalf and they were all exactly the ones we would have chosen as well. I never felt like I was being up charged or trying to be sold more expensive options. Also Brian and Doyle had excellent advice on what they felt was the better option or what’s worked well in the past. We can also attest that Emerald Point only employs the best subcontractors and doesn’t settle for less than the best. We can’t say enough about how much we recommend EPC for your custom home needs.

Working with the Emerald Pointe Team has been extraordinary. We purchased a spec home from them and the construction is great quality. We had one small issue and the Emerald Pointe team was super fast to respond and resolve. A++ and highly recommend.
